Joseph A. Filice, Chairman,
Mr. Filice is president of Filice Accountancy Corporation of Gilroy, which is partnered with Allen Greco Accountancy Corporation. Mr. Filice was a co-founder and director of Gavilan Bank in Gilroy and South Valley National Bank in Morgan Hill. He is a certified public accountant and a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Filice is active in many business and community groups within Gilroy, Hollister and Morgan Hill.

David J. Scoffone, Vice Chairman
As Vice Chairman of Pinnacle Bank, Mr. Scoffone brings over 22 years of management and entrepreneurial banking experience to Pinnacle Bank. He is chief executive officer and president of ATS, a transportation company in Fremont, California. Mr. Scoffone was a founder and advisory board member of Heritage Bank of Commerce in San Jose. He actively works with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, the University of Santa Clara, the Vallemonte League, the Salvation Arm and Goodwill.

Susan K. Black, Director, President and Chief Executive Officer
Ms. Black brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in the banking industry to Pinnacle. Past assignments include serving as President of the Community Banking Group of Greater Bay Bancorp in Palo Alto, as well as serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of Mid-Peninsula Bank, and as an Officer of the Greater Bay Bancorp Foundation. Ms. Black has served on numerous boards in the community and was named the Distinguished Citizen of the Year 2000 by the Skyline Council of Boy Scouts of America.

Frank A. Dicker, Sr., Director
Mr. Dicker is the retired president and chief executive officer of Deepstone, Inc., a messenger courier service company operating as Gold Rush Express Delivery. Prior to forming the delivery company in 1987, Mr. Dicker had a 32-year career in commercial banking, including 21 years with United California Bank. Mr. Dicker organized National Inter City Bank of Santa Clara where he served as the founding president, chief executive officer and a director. Mr. Dicker has served on a variety of boards in the Bay Area.

Allen R. Greco, Director,
Mr. Greco is president of Allen Greco Accountancy Corporation, working in partnership with fellow director Joseph Filice in the Greco & Filice, CPA partnership. With deep roots in the community, Mr. Greco's practice has been located in Gilroy for nearly 25 years. He has been a member of the advisory boards of South Valley National Bank, San Benito Bank and Heritage Bank South Valley. Mr. Greco also participates in numberous local business groups and charitable organizations.

Albert F. Guerra, Director
Mr. Guerra is president and majority owner of Platinum Theatres, Inc., a movie theatre chain headquartered in Hollister. Mr. Guerra was also the co-founder of Premiere Cinemas, vice president with Bank of America, founding director and vice chairman of San Benito Bank and a director of First National Bank of Central California. He is also a current member and the 2004 president of the Gavilan Community College Foundation Board.

Edward J. Rossi, Director
Mr. Rossi is the founder and chief executive officer of California Kitchen Cabinet Door Corporation, a Morgan Hill wholesale manufacturer of kitchen and bathroom cabinet doors. The company has operations in Morgan Hill, Gilroy and Salinas. Mr. Rossi and California Kitchen Cabinet Door actively support Toys for Tots, the Salvation Army and Goodwill, and donates cabinet doors to Habitat for Humanity.

Al Pinheiro, Director
A Gilroy resident of 44 years, Pinheiro is currently serving his 2nd term as mayor of the city, while continuing to grow the insurance agency he established in 1976. He is also president of the Santa Clara County Cities Association and sits on the Gilroy Economic Development Board and Gilroy Downtown Association Board. With his extensive community service background, Pinheiro has previously served as a member of the Gilroy City Council, chair of the Gilroy Planning Commission, and president of Gilroy Chamber of Commerce.
