Pinnacle Bank was organized in early 2005 by a group of experienced business people committed to satisfying a critical, underserved need in Santa Clara, San Benito and Monterey counties – a business bank that is both locally owned and locally managed.
Pinnacle Bank’s directors – Joseph Filice, Allen Greco, David Scoffone, Edward Rossi, Al Guerra, Frank Dicker and Susan Black – believe in one goal: to “Reach Higher” to deliver the banking services that local communities truly deserve.

Completing its initial public offering on June 27,
2006, Pinnacle Bank raised $27.5 million, the
highest capital raised by any new bank in Santa
Clara County. Nearly 350 local business owners and
residents invested in the initial offering,
affirming the vision of the original founders and
providing a strong foundation for successfully
serving the local market.
Pinnacle Bank opened in July of 2006, as the only locally headquartered full-service business, bank dedicated to providing quality depository and credit services to businesses, service professionals, individuals, developers and commercial property owners. Pinnacle Bank has offices in Morgan Hill, Gilroy and Salinas.
