Pinnacle Bank's Personal Online Banking will be down beginning at 1:00pm on August 3 through 9:00am August 5 to upgrade the Personal Online Banking experience. Any Bill Payments scheduled to be processed during this time will occur as scheduled.
Important information regarding our new Personal Online Banking
When logging into Personal Online Banking after the upgrade, your current user ID and Password will still be valid, however you will be required to input a one-time security code. Instructions to access the code will be on the new site.
You will be required to log into the new Online Banking system prior to accessing mobile banking after the upgrade.
All existing Payee's in Bill Payment will convert to the new system, however you will be required to re-establish any scheduled transfers or recurring payments.
Account Alerts will not convert, therefore you will need to update those once you have logged in.
